We can custom design a wicker basket full of fresh and fabulous dishes direct from our kitchens for any number of guests. Whether it's for a concert in the park, an impromptu gathering of friends, or just because you fancy a night off cooking. Dishes include the likes of Duck Ballotine & Macerated Cherries, Smoked Salmon with Richard Corrigan's famous Soda Bread and Native lobster & Beetroot Salad.
