We brew with the finest organic base malt, in combination with top quality imported specialty malts and Northwest grown hops. On tap you will find at least 12, sometimes up to 14 of our own brews representing a fine spectrum of beer styles. On average we have a new beer on tap every 1-2 weeks, recreating classic styles and developing our own unique brews as well.
