(Release Date: April 2, 2012) After witnessing a murder/suicide at the church she recently began attending, Marissa Mason wants nothing more to do with church or the hypocrites within. However, her mother refused to let it end like that; she walked through the fire and pulled Marissa out of Satan’s grip. Unconditional love and the power of prayer allowed Marissa to turn back to God. Now Marissa is willing to go through the fire to help restore other lost souls to Christ.
Pastor Lamont Stevens of Above and Beyond Ministries has a church full of wounded quitters. He needs to change the name of his church or find a way to help his members deal with their issues. Surfing the internet one day, Pastor Stevens sees a Facebookentry that asks, “What becomes of the broken hearted?” Intrigued, he checks out theFacebook page and discovers that Marissa Mason is providing sound advice to people who desperately need it. He invites her to conduct a workshop about wounded Christians at his church and from that point on, his ministry begins to grow. His feelings for Marissa also grow. However, Pastor Lamont never considered that his feelings for Marissa would cause his own secrets to be unmasked.
Can Lamont walk through the fire with his new lady love or will he choose to turn back to a past that he’d long ago forgotten.
