PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CURRENT REPAIR TURNAROUND TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 4 WEEKS.

What We Need From You:

  1. Your Reel (Please make sure you properly package and insure your reel. We recomend you send your reels to PENN via UPS so that the shipment can be tracked and we can verify reciept of your goods.)
  2. Dated Reel Proof Of Purchase (For warranty consideration a dated proof of purchase must be included with returned product.)
  3. Completed Repair Form: Download Here
    • Be sure to include your name and address, (we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes)
    • A way (or ways) for us to contact you, either by phone or email.
    • Provide the best time to contact you, either at home or at work.
    • Your credit card number, expiration date, name on card and type of card. Note: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
    • If all of the required information is provided, your reel will be entered into our system. Upon completion of the repair we will notify you of the total repair costs (Explained HERE). Upon your acceptance of the charges the costs will be applied to your credit card and your reels will be sent back to you via FedEx.
