	Rose Room - ($150-$209) The spectacular Rose Room has a solid mahogany queen-size canopy bed, an elegant red velvet fainting couch in front of the working fireplace, and a hand-carved Italian mahogany armoire. Reserve The Rose Room
	Marble Room - ($150-$199)   A light and airy first floor room with a view of the garden through lace curtained windows. A 19th Century queen-size brass bed and beautiful marble fireplace create a romantic setting. Reserve The Marble Room
	Lilac Room - ($150-$209) A large airy second floor room with a fireplace, king and twin bed and country Victorian style antique furnishings. The unique bath features a clawfoot tub with brass fixtures, and colored glass window overlooking the magnificent Copper Beech and gardens. Reserve The Lilac Room
	Eastlake Room - ($135-$179) This upstairs room offers seasonal views of Cape Cod Bay through stained glass windows. This large, L-shaped room is decorated with William Morris wallpaper, a spoon carved queen bed and a double bed. The matching marble topped dresser recreates the Eastlake style of the 1880's. 	Cottage Room - ($135-$179) A rare hand painted bedroom set with queen bed adorns this upstairs room. Four stained glass windows overlook the weeping beech tree to the west and seasonal peek of Cape Cod Bay to the north. Reserve The Cottage Room

Cancellations - If you cancel 15 days or more before your arrival date there is a flat $25 service charge. If you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date there is a $25 service charge if the room is rebooked. If the room is not rebooked your deposit is not refunded. Deposits apply to all days of a reserved stay.
