Fentress County and the Industrial Development Board are pleased to announce that economic development is moving forward in the county. Construction on the Clarkrange Regional Business Park is well underway with water and sewer lines currently installed. The initial phase of the park consists of 244 acres with an option on another 750 acres. The initial construction consists of building a new entrance into the park, providing sewer, water, gas, telecommunications and electric. Located at the south end of Fentress County, the Clarkrange Regional Business park is located just east of US 127 on State Road 62, only 13 miles to Interstate 40. Water to the Clarkrange Regional Business Park is being supplied by the Fentress County Utility District, sewer connections and facilities are handled by Tennessee Wastewater, an Adenus Utility, natural gas is being supplied by the Upper Cumberland Gas Utility District, electric hookups by Volunteer Energy Cooperative and Fiber Optics with unlimited bandwidth and business telecommunication needs provided by Twin Lakes Telephone Cooperative. |
