With more than 900 executives joining IDC since the inception of our Outsourcing Forums in 2004, we are pleased to unveil the inaugural IDC Outsourcing Forum Midwest: Reinventing Your Business Through BPO and ITO.

This two-day interactive Forum brings together senior executives charged with critical corporate shared services decisions and provides insight into the potential that outsourcing can deliver not only to the bottom line, but in gaining market share and competitive advantage.
