Using Web CallbackOne of the new and exciting features of VoXaLot is the Web activated telephony service "Web Callback". Using Web Callback you can make a call from any phone, anywhere, anytime using VoIP rates - even if you don't have an ATA or VoIP phone. So, how does it work? You need to have signed up with a VoIP provider that gives you call rates that you are happy with. You don't have to configure any equipment on your side - you just need to have an account with a third-party VoIP provider. All you need is a computer that is connected to the internet to initiate the call. In addition to being able to call VoIP numbers without having any VoIP equipment, you can also take advantage of the cheap PSTN rates that many providers offer. To do this, you need to have accounts with two different providers. As food for thought, consider the case where you sign up with a local provider in your country (eg. Australia) that provides untimed local calls for 10c. You also sign up with a provider in another country (eg. USA) that provides untimed local calls for 8c. By combining these two providers using VoXaLot Web Callback, you can essentially get untimed international calls from Australia to USA for only 18c. As an added bonus VoXaLot will check for a ENUM route, and if it finds a free call leg, that call leg will be free! PSTN to VoIP
