The Washington Institute on Faith, Vocation and Culture is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the idea that vocation is integral, not incidental, to the mission of God in the world. It was founded by Dr. Steven Garber in 2005 and continues in close relationship to The Falls Church, an historic Anglican parish located just outside of Washington DC in Falls Church, Virginia.  Through all of its teaching, writing and other work the Institute is committed to common grace for the common good, always exploring the coherence between faith, vocation, and culture.

Well-Said Quotables

"…A cobbler, a smith, a farmer, each has the work and office of his trade, and yet they are all alike consecrated priests and bishops, and every one by means of his own work or office must benefit and serve every other, that in this way many kinds of work may be done for the bodily and spiritual welfare of the community, even as all the members of the body serve one another…"
