“The chief lesson I have learned in a long life is that the only way you can make a man trustworthy is to trust him; and the surest way to make him untrustworthy is to distrust him.” —Henry L. Stimson
Fox News Reports that U.S. Marines at Camp Leatherneck were asked to disarm when Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta arrived in Afghanistan. According to the Fox News Report, U.S. Marines in Afghanistan were ordered by their superiors to disarm before attending a speech by Defense Secretary Leon Panetta. This just days after a lone American soldier went on a shooting rampage, killing Afghan civilians.
This administration is corrupt. When the paranoia rises to the level where the Obama administration does not trust the Marines, we are in trouble. This is disgraceful and ought to be condemned by all Semper Fi!
