Shallow Czar & Depth Czar  The Shallow Czar and Depth Czar is a natural, rounded body profile that gives the perfect balance of roll and shine. They are easy to throw, easy to retrieve, and come alive when erratically fished. They are made of high pressure polystyrene that have the density and buoyancy characteristics of more expensive balsa lures. They have through-wire construction, Iron Fist split rings, and our short shank wide gap cone cut trebles.
