About Our Menu
Our menu changes daily because we use local and family farmers, ranchers, bakers, vineyards and breweries. We source our ingredients as locally as possible to provide with you the tastiest farm-fresh food! A few examples -- Our pastured beef comes from Niman Ranch. Our all-natural, cage-free poultry is raised sustainably and ethically at Tzaddik Farm in Alpine. Our vegetables come from local farmers' markets, Suzie's Farm, and Specialty Produce in San Diego. The Sadie Rose Baking Company in San DIego and baker Joanne Squires-Sherif of Hearty Bread in Encinitas make our bread and rolls. We have local guest pastry chefs Ben Rollins and Rachel Going Caygill make our fantastic desserts. And although it's not local, our all-natural, hormone-free Vande Rose Farms Duroc pork comes from family farmers in Iowa Falls, Iowa.
