Share your collections with the world using EmbARK Web Kiosk.

EmbARK Web Kiosk presents information held in your EmbARK datafile in a format that can be displayed by any internet browser. Use it to create virtual tours, an intranet or a searchable website.

With Web Kiosk, you can be:

Confident - Securely display only the data you want published.
Creative - Create templates to include data in Web 2.0 applications.
Connected - Your records will show up on search engine results or aggregate with other tools.

EmbARK Web Kiosk is easy to customize, so you maintain control of its appearance. It can integrate fully with an existing site or stand alone as an intranet or public access kiosk.  EmbARK Web Kiosk lets you insert hot links to other sites, provide visitors with up-to-date information about groups of objects and even retrieve feedback about objects from visitors.

Security features in EmbARK Web Kiosk enable you to protect your data and images with passwords. You can also create an intranet simply by restricting access through IP addresses. Publish your information in standard data formats such as CDWA Lite with Web Kiosk XML templates.

Easy-to-use. Up and running within hours.

Adaptable. Integrate with an existing website or modify to suit any design.

Up-to-date. Information derives directly from EmbARK - just make a copy of your database to update your website.

Object grouping. Arrange objects into portfolios and hierarchical themes using Portfolio Index and Index Tree features.

Sophisticated searching. Query the database in various ways and levels of complexity.

Display modes. View search results in several formats, including a Thumbnails view and Description view. Produce high resolution max zooming with Zoomify technology.

Password protection and other securities are built into EmbARK Web Kiosk to ensure that you control the distribution and access to your collection. You dictate which records appear on the web and what specific data from those records can be viewed.

The EmbARK Web Kiosk offers three separate options for visitors to explore your collection. They can search the collection using keywords or data fields from your EmbARK records (including partial searches, such as for a particular word in the title); choose pre-selected groups of related records from the Portfolio Index; or use the Index Tree/Collections as a virtual tour guide to the entire collection.
