Pause for Dean

As humans we are more empowered and stronger
when we have support from others.

Every day, our good friend Dean,
pauses,
to meditate, to pray, to play,
to feel his connection to life and to God.

Over the years, Dean has touched so many of our lives, our hearts and our souls.

Please take a moment.
Pause,
to help Dean through this challenging time,
to help him to rest and to sleep well.

Pause,
to help Dean to find his courage and his strength,
to help him on his journey,
to lighten his load.

Pause for Dean,
take a few moments out of your day
to send him your positive thoughts, your support,
your meditations,
your music, your songs,
your smiles, your joy and your laughter,
your peace and your love.

Pause,
to light a candle,
to say a prayer.

Do the Dean.

Listening to your music, seeing your smile, laughing with your being, feeling your warmth. Praying for your love, your being, your healing. You are on my mind and in my heart. I just had the opportunity to spend 5 days in the Boundary Waters with a little bit of everything going on, wind, sun, rain, eagles, osprey, ravens & king fishers, and incredible clouds. On my way home I stopped at Rose Welch & Ronnie Cummings homestead and Rose showed me a circle in the trees that is a designated prayer site by our First Nation and got the chance to stand there with the pines and offer up prayers of strength for you Dean and for Megan, for my friends Kim and Ed, and for Jyothi & Ron. You are all so precious to me to us and to the creator! Love Janet

Hi Dean —
Sending thoughts of happiness, health and healing your way.

I lit a “virtual candle” for you. If any one else would like to, go to this website, search for group “Dean”, then click on an unlit candle.

Have been listening to Foxfire all day trying to come up with some encouraging words that could help you as you face this battle. There is tremendous power in prayer and community, it would appear to me as you have both. May God (yes God with a capital G) bless you as you heal. Niagara prayers coming your way…watch out…here they are!!!

I talked with Paul Hagen this morning and he said he’d seen you after the big Benefit show so I popped into DoTheDean, listened to Izabella, and realized just how much I miss hearing you perform. Dean, you’re a wonder. All healing, warmth, wholeness, and peace be with you, my friend, and here’s hoping our paths cross sooner rather than later. Love to Megan too!

Hey Dean as my family and i go on our yearly visit back home to Hawaii you are in our hearts – Your spirit and your music remind me of everything good and pure in the world – i will hear your music in my head as i wait for the waves overlooking the koolau range and the morning sun making rainbows in the valley – this is what your music is like.
We love you!
