CINDAS Databases Now Available
Thermophysical Properties of Matter (TPMD) and Microelectronics Packaging Materials Database (MPMD), two CINDAS databases, have been newly integrated onto the CSA Illumina platform. These interactive research tools allow materials researchers to select one or more materials and visualize their properties under varying conditions.
