The Collaborative’s Co-chairs
The California Stationary Fuel Cell Collaborative is co-chaired by Mary D. Nichols, chair of the California Air Resources Board, and Professor Scott Samuelsen, director of the National Fuel Cell Research Center at the University of California, Irvine. Together, the co-chairs provide overall policy guidance and direction for the Collaborative.
