Account Manager

Reports to: Director of sales

Job Purpose:

The Account Manager is responsible for growing and developing assigned customer accounts. This position entails providing online marketing solutions & analytical skills.

Account Manager Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients’ accounts and online marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize and analyze data in order to maximize revenue opportunities and reach campaign objectives.
  • Understand and manage client products/services and ensure that their offers remain competitive within the market.
  • Promote assigned campaigns; implement constant improvements and creative solutions/upgrades to increase activity.
  • Take on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • First degree is required. First degree in Business/ Economics /Statistics – an advantage.
  • High analytical skills.
  • Problem identifier and solver; strong planning skills; creative thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities.
  • The right person must be pro-active, professional, motivated, organized, responsible, thorough and demonstrate a passion for excellence and success.
  • Communicating in a business environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English is required. Other languages are a plus.
  • Previous online marketing experience – an advantage.

The Sales manager will research, locate and work to build new business relationships with companies around the world in the online advertising industry. The job may include travel.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Reports to: Development team leader

Job Description:

Participate in developing company’s enterprise grade platform.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in object oriented web development.
  • Experienced in MVC frameworks.
  • Working experience with DB preferably MySQL.
  • Knowledge of Client Side web technologies (CSS, Javascript, XML, Ajax, SOAP).
  • BSc. degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Experience with Java and Java frameworks.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies – an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ‘LAMP’ (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) architecture – an advantage.
  • Familiar with the online media market – an advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Team Player- proven ability of working with in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Ability to work under uncertainty and constant pressure.
  • Excellent communications skills in English (reading and writing).

Candidates should be able to provide examples of web applications and/or frameworks that they have developed, to discuss practical and theoretical consequences of design choices.

Online Media Buyer

Reports to: Development team leader

Job Description:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with online media vendors and proactively seek new list advertising opportunities.
  • Negotiate and evaluate media buying opportunities.
  • Understand and manage publishers’ offering/platform and ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize and analyze data in order to maximize revenue opportunities and reach campaign objectives.
  • Campaign management , Ads Operations, Ad Trafficking, Billing.

Qualifications

  • BA in Economics/Business Management.
  • Fluent English is required. Other languages are a plus.
  • Experience in on line marketing – Advantage.
  • Negotiations skills.
  • Computer and Office Skills (especially Excel).
  • Business and Marketing orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Creativity thinkinge.
  • High motivation and dedication, eager and proactiv.
