General meetings of the association take place on the second Tuesday of the odd months of the year (January, March, May, July, September, November) at 7PM. The March 13, 2012, meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Victoria Plaza Community Room, 411 Barrera Street.
The Board meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m., at Madhatters Tea House and Café, 320 Beauregard Street (at South Alamo).
The Association’s Annual Meeting coincides with the January general membership meeting. Among other business conducted at the Annual Meeting, the Board is elected.
