Kristin Ritzau is the author of A Beautiful Mess: A Perfectionist’s Journey Through Self-Care. She earned her Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. She is a certified spiritual director, writer, speaker, and recovering perfectionist. She is an adjunct faculty member at Azusa Pacific University, teaching leadership and writing, and is an expert blogger for ConversantLife.com. She also leads retreats and workshops for women wrestling with perfectionism. She lives outside of Los Angeles with her husband on their urban homestead.
