JCAR is (for now) Unified Association!
In August the memberships of the North Metro Denver Association, the Denver Board and JCAR merged. Unfortunately, due to requirements by NAR, the name of the new association has not been adopted. We hope by November to have a new name but for now watch for us as the Unified Association!
Annual Dues Billed - Deadline to pay: October 15th
Your membership renewal statement was emailed September 15th. If you didn't get yours, you can click here for a sample statement. There is also a 5 month payment plan that went out with the statement. If you'd like to participate in this payment plan, it's not too late. Click here for more information about the 5-part payment plan. Your first payment would be due immediately but subsequent payments would occur as outlined in the attachments.
Dues payments can be made on-line. You will be taken to the Denver Board of REALTORS website to make that payment. Please note: your logon information has changed to the last 6 digits of your license number. Your password has not changed. You will be asked to change your password upon logging in. Questions? New REALTOR Association Announces Leadership
The state’s largest real estate organization, comprised of the former Denver Board of REALTORS® (DBR), Jefferson County Association of REALTORS® (JCAR) and the North Metro Denver REALTOR® Association (NMDRA), has announced it's new leadership. Ann Turner, who has served for 26 years as the Chief Executive Officer of JCAR, will assume the same position with the new association. Read more...
