New Visitor Center Sign Extends Real Racine Brand

A new display sign that extends the Real Racine brand is now in place at the Real Racine Visitor Center, 14015 Washington Ave. (Highway 20.)

The sign, in the Real Racine brand colors of silver, blue and brown, includes a state-of-the-art electronic message board that is used to encourage travelers to stop at the Visitor Center and to promote more upcoming events. The message board can be automatically updated.

"This beautiful new sign extends the Real Racine brand identity right up to the Visitor Center doorstep," says Dave Blank,. Real Racine CEO. "We hope it will help engage visitors and Racine County residents."
Real Racine, formerly the Racine County Convention and Visitors Bureau, adopted a new brand platform in 2009 that includes a color scheme and logo used in all of its marketing and communications.

The new sign was funded in part by a grant from the Racine Community Foundation. It was designed and installed by local contractors, Michael's Signs and Van's Electric Service.
