What is your day job?

I’m the Director of Property Management for Columbia West Properties. My position gives me the opportunity to help make a difference in Seattle and the Eastside by engaging with other organizations.

What is your previous dance experience?

No professional experience although I love a party and will be the first one up to dance and the last to leave the floor. I’ve always wanted to learn ballroom dance and this is a fabulous opportunity to polish off my dancing shoes and hit the floor for a wonderful cause.

Why are you dancing for Plymouth Housing Group?

I’ve been on the Board of Trustees of Plymouth for the past 4 years and am passionate about their mission to end homelessness. The dedication of each and every staff and board member is amazing. I’m committed to their cause and will give my all to raise funds for Plymouth.

Where are you going to put your trophy when you win?

I will place my treasured trophy in my office so that I can share the message about Plymouth with everyone who walks in.

 

Barb is dancing the Foxtrot with Ossiel Josshua

Ossiel’s career started at age 3 when he was inspired by his mother Irma Sosa, Mexican actress, model and dancer, to follow his passion for entertainment. Ossiel is a professionally trained American and international ballroom dancer. He has spent the last few years teaching others the amazing world of dance.
