Eggleston Hall has a well-earned reputation for wonderful food and flowers. Each autumn the house opens its doors for a series of one-day demonstrations in cookery and flower arranging. Demonstrators such as Clare Macdonald, Anton Mosimann and George Smith entertain our visitors.
The days include morning coffee and lunch with wine, and run from 11am to 4pm.
The Autumn 2011 Demonstrations were given by Mary Berry with Caro Dickinson (of Flowers Unlimited) and Valentina Harris with Georgia Miles (from the Sussex Flower School)
Autumn 2012 Demonstrators will include flowers with Jonathan Moseley. The programme is still in preparation.
