Trailer for the anthology,”Cherished: 21 Writers on Animals They Have Loved and Lost”. Edited by Barbara Abercrombie and featuring essays by Mark Doty, Ted Kooser, Anne Lamott, Thomas McGuane, Joe Morgenstern, Carolyn See, Jane Smiley and Jacqueline Winspear.
“Cherished” book reading at Flintridge Bookstore and Coffeehouse 5/19/11 filmed by Rob Daly. Other writers reading that night were Dr. Bob Goldman, Samantha Dunn, Melissa Cistaro, Cecilia Manguera Brainard, and Linzi Glass.
“He Said What? Women Write About Moments When Everything Changed” book reading at Book Soup. Other writers reading that night were Victoria Zackheim, Bonnie Garvin, BJ Gallagher and Jenny Rough.

Over the years I’ve counseled many people who privately, with emabarrassment, grieved the loss of their animal friend. I will pass the word around to everyone I know who has loved and lost a dear friend. Thanks for your book! I especially enjoyed listening to your reading.
