Staff
Our caring staff are trained to create a learning scenario out of every game, to nurture self-esteem in every exchange with a child, and to boost the confidence that can be so fleeting during adolescence.
The positive relationships our mentors build with children at the Club are a key element of our impact on youth.
Programs
Our nationally recognized programs and activities impact children in three essential ways: academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles. Our programs foster a sense of belonging, competence, and usefulness, and build self-esteem and self-confidence among Club members.
Programs vary by branch location and are tailored to specific communities and member demographics. Please call the branch you are interested to obtain details on programs offered at the location.

Parents FAQs
How does a Boys & Girls Club membership work?
A membership to the Boys & Girls Club means your child can come anytime to the Club’s drop-in program. Kids are welcome anytime our doors are open—after school, during school breaks, over the summer.
How will my child get to the Club after school?
Kids either walk to the Club or they are picked up after school by one of our Club vans. As soon as school lets out, our Clubs go into high gear, shuttling kids from school to the Club.
What time do the Clubs close?
Clubs generally close around 7:00 PM, but that time differs from club to club so it’s best to contact your local Club to find out what time you need to be there to pick up your child.
What if I can’t afford a membership or a camp fee?
If you’re worried about being able to afford our services, then please talk to someone at your local Club about scholarship opportunities. We want to make sure that our doors are open to everyone.
