Client Consent

Federal law requires tax preparers to obtain written permission before contact tax clients regarding non-tax matters.

Hansen NvO PS places a high value on your privacy and the secuirty of your personal information.  While we have always maintained privary controls in excess of the those requried by the IRS, we must now ask that our clients sign two different consent forms to be in compliance with new federal law.  Internal Revenue Code Section 7216 states that we must obtain written consent from all tax clients before using or disclosing your tax return information the way we always have.

To give Hansen NvO PS consent to continue recommending services and to send you our newsletters and other resources, please click one of the links below, print and complete the consent form and return them to Hansen NvO PS.  You may hand deliver, tax, e-mail or send the forms by postal mail.  You may also come into either of our offices and pick up the forms and complete them there.  We ask that you complete these forms prior to the completion of your tax return.
