Virtual Fingers is automated accompaniment software and is provided free of charge as a public service. This program enables the user to play full-score piano, organ, and orchestral music even if all they can do is tap a steady beat on the keyboard. The software comes with 372 songs (8 Assorted songs, 263 selected LDS Hymns, and 101 selected LDS Children's songs) that you can play.

Using Virtual Fingers while playing the piano is like having a concert pianist playing alongside you. You simply play the score at your skill level while Virtual Fingers follows your lead, playing all the notes you cannot play. Whether your skill level is simply tapping the beat or playing the full right or left hand part, when you set Virtual Fingers to your level, it will play all the other notes in the score. It allows both novice pianists and experienced performers great flexibility in rehearsal and performance.

With Virtual Fingers anyone can immediately provide quality accompaniment for bands; congregational singing; school, church and community choirs; or sing-alongs with family and friends.

The Virtual Fingers program works on personal computers (PCs) and personal digital assistants (PDAs), and uses a standard MIDI keyboard and interface. Sets of MIDI files are available to purchase through MechaMusic.

For information on downloading the program go to the Download page.
