The Environmental Law Institute (ELI) publishes books, research reports, and several periodicals to educate the profession and to stimulate a robust and creative exchange of ideas. ELI's periodicals, including the Environmental Law Reporter, the Environmental Forum, and the National Wetlands Newsletter, are the most established publications in their fields. Through ELI Press, ELI publishes books by a wide array of authors, whose opinions are not necessarily those of the Institute, its Board of Directors, or funding organizations. In addition, ELI publishes research reports and briefs that present the analysis and conclusions of the policy studies ELI undertakes to improve environmental law and policy.
