The Paint Recycling Alberta Program began on April 1, 2008 and is operated by the Alberta Recycling Management Authority. Product Care Association administered the reporting and payment of Advance Disposal Surcharges (ADS) up until January 31st, 2011.

Effective February 1st, 2011, all Advance Disposal Surcharges are to be remitted directly to Alberta Recycling. For remittance and reporting please visit www.albertarecycling.ca.
