What is a bookmarklet?
"A bookmarklet is an applet, a small computer application, stored as the URL of a bookmark in a web browser." It looks just like a normal bookmark.
In our case, the Highlighter bookmarklet allows you to highlight any page on-the-fly without having to copy & paste the page URL to www.awesomehighlighter.com. Simply click on the bookmark whenever you want to start highlighting a page and the highlighter toolbar will appear.

Firefox Add-On
  1. If you have any previous version installed, please uninstall it. If not, skip to step II
    1. Click "Tools", then "Add-ons"

    2. Select Awesome Highlighter and click "Uninstall"

    3. Restart Firefox


  2. Click here to install the latest version (1.2.2)
    1. Allow Firefox to install add-ons from www.awesomehighlighter.com

    2. Click "Install Now"

    3. Restart Firefox

    4. Simply click on the "AH" button whenever you want to start highlighting a page.

    5. Once the highlighter toolbar appears, you are now good to go!
