Regular Weekly Schedule

Monday Early Sit – 6:00am: Begin first 30 minute sit 6:00am followed by kinhin from 6:30am-6:40am, then a second sit from 6:40am-7:10am.
Monday – 5:40pm: Seated Meditation – 40 minutes followed by short bowing and chanting ceremony.
Monday – 7:00pm: Buddhism and the 12 step model of recovery meditation and discussion group.

Wednesday – 5:40pm: Seated Meditation – 40 minutes followed by short bowing and chanting ceremony.

Thursday Early Sit – 6:00am: Begin first 30 minute sit 6:00am followed by kinhin from 6:30am-6:40am, then a second sit from 6:40am-7:10am.

Saturday Morning

8:15 seated meditation
8:45 walking meditation
8:55 seated meditation
9:25 morning ceremony
9:40 temple cleaning
10:00 break
10:15 dharma talk
