Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons
butter
1/8 teaspoon
garlic salt
2 tablespoons
parsley flakes
1/2 cup
California Chablis
1 lb.
Shrimp (peeled & deveined)

Instructions:

Melt butter in skillet. Add garlic salt, parsley and wine. Heat to simmer. Add shrimp and cook over low heat until heated thoroughly (about 5 minutes). You may wish to boil your shrimp first before adding to sauce. Serve with rice for a delicious main dish. Yield: 4 to 6 servings
