How do you find a good realtor when you live 5 hours away and know of no one that can recommend someone? You take chances. We "signed up" on numerous realtor sites and Kathy Fotia was the only one that called to offer her help. She wasn't pushy at all but we could tell from our first conversation that she knew the area and gave us great information in that first call. She was indeed a great realtor.
