ADA ACCESSIBILITY - Guests with disabilities will find accessible parking, vehicle drop-off areas, restrooms, concessions, water fountains, ATMs and seating areas. More information is available at the Customer Service window in the Southwest corner of the Arena.

ALCOHOL - If you appear to be younger than 30, expect to be carded. If you're drinking alcohol and don't have proof of being at least 21, you may be ejected and subject to criminal prosecution. No alcohol will be served to people who appear intoxicated. There's a two-beer limit per transaction at concession stands.

Alcohol sales will stop five (5) minutes into the second half. In addition, alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the Arena. Anyone trying to do so may be ejected or arrested and have his or her tickets revoked. Alcohol is not allowed in student seating areas in sections 108, 109, 212, 213, 307, 406, and 407.

ATM - One is located in the southwest corner of the concourse next to the Administrative Office doors. A National City/PNC Bank ATM is also located outside of parking lot A on Arena Park Dr.

ANIMALS - Pets are prohibited, with the exception of service animals.

BAGS - Bags and backpacks are not permitted except for purses and diaper bags, which are subject to inspection at any time.

BANNERS AND SIGNS - Banners and signs are permitted, provided they are basketball-related, in good taste and not of a commercial nature. Banners and signs may not exceed 8.5" x 11", or obstruct the view of other guests or arena advertising signage. The Flyers reserve the right to remove any banner or sign.

BOTTLES AND CANS - Bottles, cans or beverage containers of any type are not allowed. Inspections will be conducted at the entrance.

CAMERAS - Only still cameras are permitted. However, no tri-pods or similar devices are permitted. Video cameras are not allowed.

CELL PHONES - They are allowed "as long as their use does not interfere with other guests."

CODE OF CONDUCT - The following are prohibited:
  • Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures.
  • Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures.
  • Obscene or indecent clothing.
  • Inappropriate displays of affection.
  • Sitting in a location other than your ticketed seat. Interference with the game/event. Trespassing into restricted area.
  • Any activities prohibited by law.
EMERGENCY CALL BOXES - Are located in the four corners of the Arena as well as in each wing and in each lounge. They connect directly to University of Dayton Public Safety.

EVACUATION PLAN - In the event of an emergency where a partial or complete evacuation of the arena is necessary, follow all directions from Arena personnel. Management suggests familiarizing yourself with the location of exits.

FAMILY RESTROOMS - Located in the wings, they are designed for guests with small children or those with disabilities. Family restrooms are ADA accessible and equipped with baby changing tables.

FIRST AID - The first aid station is located in the southwest corner of the Arena on the main concourse.

DOOR-OPENING TIMES - The Arena will open one hour before the start of a Flyers men's basketball home game and as posted for other events. Information on other events is available at DaytonFlyers.com.

LOST & FOUND - Please go to the UD Customer Service desk, which is located in the Administrative Office for assistance. Additionally, patrons can call (937) 229-4635 to check for lost and found items.

PARKING - Those with parking passes will be granted access to the A, B, C & D lots. Fans who do not have a pass to park in the Arena lots will be able to park in the designated auxiliary parking lot. There will be a charge per car and a shuttle bus will transport you to and from the Arena. Parking in the Carillon neighborhood, adjacent to the Arena or at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel is prohibited.

RESALE OF TICKETS/MERCHANDISE - The resale of game tickets or the selling of merchandise is strictly prohibited in and around UD Arena and parking lots. Violators are subject to prosecution.

SMOKING - Smoking is prohibited in the University of Dayton Arena. For certain events, exterior smoking areas may be available. For men's basketball games, the smoking area is outside of the west wing.

SOUVENIRS - Souvenirs may be purchased at the merchandise stands located in the North and South Concourses of the UD Arena during Flyers games. You can also find Dayton Flyers apparel through Korporate Kasuals at www.flyerattire.com.

STROLLERS - Strollers are not allowed inside UD Arena.

STUDENT SHUTTLE BUSES - Shuttle buses are available from the campus for students during men's basketball games. Contact Red Scare at www.udaytonredscare.com for more information.

TICKETS - A valid ticket is required for all events unless otherwise advertised Children 2 & under who will not occupy a seat will not need a ticket for UD men's basketball games.

USHERS/SECURITY - Are stationed throughout the Arena to assist you and enforce facility rules and regulations. If assistance is needed, please immediately seek out an Arena staff member. If approached by an usher/security, please treat them with courtesy and respect. By enforcing rules, our staff is making University of Dayton Arena a safer and more comfortable environment for all guests.

WILL CALL - Will Call is defined as tickets left by the Athletic Department, or tickets purchased via the mail or phone orders that were not mailed. Will Call tickets may be picked up at the UD Ticket Office on the South side of the Arena only. To claim tickets, a photo ID and the credit card used to buy the tickets must be presented.
