Our Values and Strengths

We provide proactive, intelligent, creative, and complementary support which enables hard-pressed managers to achieve their objectives. We use best practice, common sense, and effective communication, rather than relying on theoretical consultancy models or buzzwords.

The strengths of the partnership are our practical working knowledge and understanding of the voluntary sector, the public sector and infrastructure frameworks; and our awareness of the individual culture and sensitivities within which they each operate. The partners and consultants have held senior management positions in both national and local charities, and also worked for, and in extensive partnership with a wide range of statutory and national infrastructure bodies.

We pride ourselves on the percentage of repeat projects, and the number of clients who return to us to undertake additional projects is currently over 80%. We set ourselves high quality standards, and are also approved consultants for a wide range of accrediting bodies, and are certified under ISO 9001 quality assurance.
