Langley releases Annual Report & Accounts 2011
Retford, 31 January 2012 Langley Holdings plc today published its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2011.Reporting a profit before tax of €76.3 million (2010: €65.6m) on revenues of €494.7 million (2010: €399.6m), Tony Langley said in his Chairman's Review that on the whole, 2011 was a "very satisfactory" year with the outlook for 2012 looking positive >> read more

Offenbach, 9 February 2012 An investor solution has been found for the sheet fed business of insolvent manroland AG, just days after a sale of the web machines business to German Possehl group was announced. British entrepreneur Tony Langley and the privately owned engineering group, Langley Holdings plc have emerged as the investors behind a 100% takeover of the sheet fed printing equipment division and its properties portfolio in Offenbach, together with manroland’s international marketing organization in more than 40 countries. >> read more
