Tips for Homesickness

Some campers may or may not experience homesickness.  As a resource to parents, we have provided some discussion points that may help you and your child deal with this potential issue.  For more information, click on Preventing Homesickness.

Parent Info Forms

Thanks for enrolling your camper(s). All the forms required for your camper prior to them coming to camp are available on this page. Camper forms will not be sent to you.

Please follow the 4 easy steps below.

FORMS A and B the most important forms we need for every camper.

STEP 1

Print out and complete Forms A and B for all campers.

  • Form A - Health Form (PDF)
  • Form B - Camper Personality/Departure Form (PDF)

STEP 2

If camper is enrolled in either Pioneer or Explorer program, PRINT and complete the form below.

  • Form C - Morning Clinic Form (PDF)

If your camper is participating in one of the Trailblazer programs you will also need to PRINT out and complete the appropriate release form for their program.

  • Trailblazer 1 -  Relase form (Wake Boarding) (PDF)
  • Trailblazer 2 - 
    • Release form (Sea Kayak) (PDF)
    • Sea Kayak touring packing list (PDF)
    • Rafting retreat information (PDF)
  • Trailblazer 3
    • Release form (Saddle) (PDF)

If your camper is participating in one of the Equestrian II programs you will also need to PRINT out the Horse Show Invitation

STEP 3

Mail or scan and email COPIES of all required forms to Camp Piomingo prior to arriving at camp. It is suggested to make sure postage is correct and to call to confirm that these important documents arrived safely. Please retain a copy of all paperwork for your records.

STEP 4

VERY IMPORTANT DETAILS are available in the Parent Information Guide. Please be sure to print a copy to have when preparing your child for their camp stay. This guide contains the “Packing List,” the “what time to arrive” and the “pick up time” for your camper along with all other vital information for your camper’s stay at Camp Piomingo.
