PSD Files

Psdvibe.com provides a variety of PSD files dedicated to help you learn website design by example. The PSD files can be freely downloaded.
However, the free PSD files provided by Psdvibe.com are made for learning purposes only. They can’t be redistibuted, reselled, and used in any other way that learning purposes, which mean that you can’t use any of our designs to create your website or blog, or release a XHTML/WordPress/etc template using Psdvibe.com PSD files.
However, if you want to use any of our PSD files for anything else than learning (Personal or commercial website, XHTML template release, a commercial/public release licence is available.

Commercial/Public release licence

In order to give Psdvibe.com users the right to use Psdvibe.com PSD files for any other purposes than learning, Psdvibe.com sells a commercial/public release licence at the unique price of $29.
The commercial/public release licence gives you the right to publicly use/resell any of our PSD files. However, please note that you can’t claim ownership on any of our designs, even if you have a commercial/public release licence, which gives you the right to publicly use/resell one of our designs.
The commercial/public release licence is valid for ONE design. You must purchase a new licence to get rights on a second PSD file.

Limitation of liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Jean-Baptiste Jung or Psdvibe.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF Nicholas Roach OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
