Terms: Invoices are due and payable 30 days from date of invoice. A finance charge of 2% per month will be added to balances over 30 days.
Discounts: Bookstores 40%; Wholesalers 55%.
General
1-19 books No discount
20-49 books 10% off
50-59 books 15% off
60-79 books 20% off
80-99 books 25% off
100-199 books 30% off
200 or more books 35% off
If balance due is not paid within sixty days of due date, discounts will be forfeited.
Credit: Orders over $50 must be prepaid or send bank and three trade references.
Shipping: Books are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Shortages or non-receipt must be reported within 15 days of the ship date.
Promotional Materials: We can provide photographic files for your catalog.
BOOKS ARE RETURNABLE. Books in resalable condition may be returned for credit or refund. Our return period is between 90 days and one year of the original invoice date. If they are not resalable, please do not return them—they must not be torn, mutilated, scuffed or defaced in any way.
ORIGINAL INVOICE NUMBER AND DATE must be included with your return. If the original invoice information is not included, the credit will be for 40% off the retail price. Shipments must be returned prepaid to Risen Books, 14525 SW Millikan Way #23860, Beaverton, OR 97005. A credit memo will be issued for acceptable items; please advise if a refund check is preferred. Refund checks are not issued if a customer has a balance owed.
