Box Office Ticket Policy

The box office of the Columbia Theatre HAS MOVED!!

We are located BACK at the Columbia Theatre:

1231 Vandercook Way, Longview WA 98632–The door to the box office is 20 feet to the right of the Columbia Theatre’s marquee.

Tickets can be purchased by phone or in person, Monday thru Friday, 11:30am to 5:30pm and 2 hours before any performance at the Columbia in the kiosk underneath the theatre’s marquee.

TICKET POLICY

All Sales Are Final–We are unable to make refunds or exchanges.

All Seating Is Reserved–Unless advertised as a general admission, all patrons are assigned a seat.

Each Person, Regardless of Age Must Have a Ticket–Including events that are free to the public or a specific group, a free ticket will then be issued.

Discounts for Seniors (62 and older) and Students (18 and under)–Discounts are available for seniors and students unless advertised as a “no discount” performance. Discounts can not be combined with other discount offers and are applied to single ticket sales only.

Lost Tickets–Lost tickets can be replaced for a $1.00 service charge or free for subscribers and Friends of the Columbia Theatre.

Events, Dates and Times are Subject to Change.

Preservation Fee of $1.50–There is a preservation fee of $1.50 INCLUDED in the price of each ticket to go toward maintenance and repair of our historic theatre.

GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION

EXAMINE TICKETS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE to make sure everything is accurate.

GROUP SALES are available for 10 or more people. Deeper discounts with bigger groups.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING–Comfortable accessible seating is located at the back of the theatre on the main floor.

HEARING ENHANCEMENT EQUIPMENT is available upon request. Check-in with the house manager upon arriving at the theatre.

CAN’T USE YOUR TICKETS?

Receive a tax-deductible contribution for tickets turned into the Columbia Theatre box office up to 24 hours in advance of a Columbia Theatre performance.

Subscribers and Friends of the Theatre at a FAN LEVEL ($100) can exchange their tickets for another performance in the season up to 72 hours.
