Renovations to Start at the Fairfield Library The Fairfield library is currently closed for renovations. In order to continue services to our patrons the library has established a satellite operation at the Fairfield Community Center at 376 Hollywood Ave. A small collection of items (new books, DVDs, Cds, audiobooks and newspapers) will be available at this location. You may also borrow books from other libraries and have them delivered to the Fairfield location for pick up. Library programs such as children and adult crafts, book discussion and special events will be held at the Community Center. Please click here for more information. Patrons may also utilize other Pals Plus libraries during the renovation. Click here for a list of Pals Plus libraries. The hours at the temporary location will be: Mon, Tue, Thu - 10 am - 6 pm Wed - 10 am - 8 pm Fri - 10 am - 5 pm Sat - 10 am - 4 pm The phone number for the library will remain the same: 973-227-3575.
The Fairfield Library Presents: All About Ireland Music - Dancing - Stories - Language - Celtic Art - Sports Snacks will be served. Wed. March 7 at 6:30 pm at the Community Center
	Celebrate St. Patrick's Day! Join us at the Community Center on Saturday, March 17th at 1 pm. Robin Greenstein & Leah Wells will perform traditional Irish songs using a variety of instruments. This program is FREE but registration is required.
All Crafts ! Parent/Child Craft: Tue - March 6 at 7 pm Parents & children will work together to make a St. Patrick's Day craft at the workshop Adult Craft: Wed - Mar 28 at 7 pm Senior Craft: Tue - Mar 20 at 1 pm Join us to make a spring craft. Registration is required.
Crafty Tots New Time! Join the Crafty Tots to make a St. Patrick's Day craft on Tuesday, March 13 at 10:30 am. Preschoolers age 2-5 are invited. Registration is required.
Crafty Kids New Time! The Crafty Kids will be using duct tape to turn a tissue box into a bank. Join the group at the Community Center on Tuesday, March 27 at 4:30 pm. Registration is required. Open to children in grades K-6.
College Program ! High school studens can learn what questions to ask and what to look for as they begin visiting colleges and start their college selection process. Maryanne Melnyk will present this program at the Community Center on Wed, April 4 at 7 pm. Registration is appreciated. Please call 973-227-3575 to register.
