Chad Watson
President and CEO
An entrepreneur for nearly 2 decades, Chad brings a wealth of business and marketing experience to the Imbue Team. The founder and partner of several successful domestic and international ventures, Chad’s “real world” perspective helps bridge the gap between hard charging business owners and the “creative world”.
Chad also has a knack for identifying the true essence of a business’s offering while at the same time assessing and viewing a business identity from the consumer’s perspective. These abilities and experience are tremendously helpful when creating marketing plans, managing available resources and strategizing the best path for success.
Chad is the father of 2 lovely children. Peyton 5 and Mason 1. He and his wife Andrea are Pacific Northwest natives that enjoy SCUBA diving, Seahawks games, traveling and spending time at the family cabin in central Oregon.

Alex Maier
Project Management, Photographic/Video and Marketing Departments
When it comes to project management and managing the visual art department, this guy is the human embodiment of the infamous “honey badger”…. Alex honed his visual art and professional photographic talents before completing a business degree at Washington State University. With his degree specializing in the modern elements of Marketing, Alex plays an integral role in the daily functions of Imbue.
Alex has a truly gifted talent for photography and visual expression. This coupled with his strong foundation in marketing and logistics makes him a true “triple threat” at Imbue.
Born and raised in the Northwest, its hard to keep this guy in the office during those fresh powder days on the mountain. Alex has a passion for outdoor activities including: backpacking, four wheeling, hunting, sailing, and wake boarding.

Andrew Richardson
Graphic Design, Web Development and Social Media Departments
There isn’t much about the art and design world that Andrew hasn’t been exposed to. Having graduated from The Art Institute of Portland, Andrew possesses an extensive knowledge and understanding of proper design and expressive techniques.
Andrew has further honed his craft by collaborating with an array of businesses from large software conglomerates to owner operators. Andrew is a key player on the Imbue team and has played an important role in creating visually compelling pieces from simple banners and business cards to large scale, fully functional websites.
Andrew loves living in the slightly “off Portland” area. When he’s not designing he’s probably watching The Office, Breaking Bad, 30 Rock, or some obscure foreign film like Troll Hunter while enjoying some green tea.
