My web design studio is in Bedminster, Bristol. I’ve been creating websites and freelancing from here for several years after being the web lead for a popular gadget ecommerce website. I hail from Carlisle up near the Lake District but I’ve made Bristol my home.
Why local websites?
Since graduating from Bristol University twelve years ago I’ve worked with small business in Bristol. This experience, although positive, has left me acutely aware of the challenges faced in setting up on your own and establishing a successful presence as a small business. In an era where globalization seems the norm, I think small businesses are still best suited at helping their peers. I think there’s something still to be said for a personal touch and it’s nice to feed back into the Bristol community with an affordable service. I especially enjoy working with start-ups, not-for-profit groups and charities in the area, see my portfolio for some examples.
Not just another Green-wash outfit.
I’m committed to the Bristol is Green initiative, and have replaced the tools of my trade, monitors and computers, with ever more energy efficient versions. However, I’m just one person and for change that matters I have to make sure the services I provide for clients are green too.

I provide optional high performance but affordable hosting for client websites. Each hosting package is tailor-made to your particular space and bandwidth requirements, with optional provision of full email facilities. What else is included:
