I begin taking the pilss on a thurs. My friend gave me a bottle and said they work. Yes! They do on Sunday I weighted myself which had only been 4 days. I lost 7lbs.! I had taken these pills for a month now and I go to gym to take a hour exercise at afternoon. This pill really helped a lot! My friend had told me about them. I take 1 in the am 15-20 min before breakfats and i go to work. But you have to eat even you don't fell hungery and yes you cant just eat diet pills and not work out! i love it :)
