These are just the changes on the surface. Look deeper and we hope you’ll see they reflect a completely new business. We haven’t just changed the way we look, we’ve changed the way we behave. The way we work, the way we talk – and most importantly, the way we listen – has evolved. It’s all part of our ongoing commitment to build better, stronger, lasting relationships with our customers and our wider community.

And it’s not just in your home and business that we’ve changed. We’re also doing much more to support local communities. On top of our long standing involvement with Hull City and the KC Stadium, KCFM and The Deep, we’ve developed unique partnerships with more fantastic local charities and initiatives than ever before: Cat Zero, Hull & Humber KC Cares and Hull Children’s University, to name just a few. More recent partnerships with Hull FC and Hull KR mean rugby fans across the region can expect to see us out and about with your favourite teams.

These partnerships go well beyond financial support –we naturally help with technology and communications, but we’re also providing space (we’re giving Hull Children’s University a state-of-the-art, city centre classroom) and time – many of our amazing employees volunteer with projects in their communities. Why? Because we all share the same goal: to build a better region and a brighter future.
