Example: Bespoke Shoot0

Posted In

We approach a bespoke Photoshoot wilth a well considered creative set plan derived from stong pre-thought. This takes on board broader aspects of dynamic project needs, with both a fluid, flexible, and energetic mindset, but also can relate back or draw upon more structured formal shot-lists, prop-lists, set-ups and groupings! This offers much greater workflow prowess and best use of time and reosurces. We are keen and willing to ‘style’ and ‘art direct’ as well as to actually shoot ourselves, and also offer strong post-production for a full professional master imagebank.

Adam Of London is a well respected and cherished Brand that has a great history of craft, quality and service providing ‘Classic British Menswear with a Modernist Twist’ for a growing list of passionate and loyal customers, whom are drawn by the impeccable clothing sector experience and credentials of it’s owner Adam Shener. Pip! Pip! were invited to take the already successful Brand into the online world and provide design and support in this sometimes tricky process. With very little marketing ‘push’ or ‘hype’ the Brand has grown at a nice steadily manageable rate, performing well in difficult times! See the site here!

The New Untouchables

We are brand designers, brand managers and creative directors for the newuntouchables.com. For the past 6 years, we  have hosted developed and managed their entire design, website and marketing. We have developed concepts for entirely new ventures and product lines, such as the massively successful annual event Le Beat Bespoké, which we also originally designed the financial management and ‘model’ for and even co-promoted, which has seen a unity amongst traditionally diverse music market segments, coming together to enjoy a niché specialist event, that is unique in the entire world! We also service all of the design and promotional needs for long running legendary club nights such as The Mouseterap, Zoo-Zoo, Volcano, Timebox and huge events like Crossfire, which is the largest event of its kind in London, if not the world! We have also provided full visual eye-candy multi-media light shows (involving oil lamps, slide origination, visual mixing, computer graphics, overlays, scratch animation, loops etc), designed and devised a fashion documentary called ‘Ready Steady Sew’ which trailed the cream of the movers and shakers in the ‘Swinging London’ boutique golden era, as well as designed one of the first ‘modernist/sixties’ fashion cat-walk shows of recent times for the huge 3-day event known as Modstock in London.

These days we are very in the shadows and firmly behind the scenes, and work under yearly contract, happily with Dr Robert Bailey, head honcho and owner of the brand as the support agency! it is still often asked of us: ‘are you members of the new untouchables?’ – Our response is always a silent smile!

Example: The Business Brain…0

Posted In Portfolio

We designed the brand Logo and Corporate ID and the original website for The Business Brain via our relationship as acting creative directors of The Creative Pod and The Pod Group. We serviced many of TCP and TPG biggest clients as a concise integrated support service, so although they are not technically our own direct client, we feel no guilt what-so-ever about taking credit where it is due spacer Here is a small piece from the website: ‘The Business Brain is managing an infrastructure programme of work for ITV. The work was in need of clarity and business change management to provide a roadmap of both delivery and benefits realisation!’ Seems like another big success story! Example: DC Fontana0

Dc Fontana are a super ‘art & soul’ band from the kingdom of West Mercia in the middle region of the UK! They approached pippip.net to  completely re-brand their entire current model! We had great fun but spent many hours getting down to some hard work via several design stages before we arrived at a nice strong hand originated Logo/Brand supported by a bespoke image-bank, new typography, a simple yet powerful colour palette and some supporting graphics that all smoothly and organically merged into a new outlook and beginning for the band. in fact there were even changes in the line-up and a series of visits to the famous Parr Street Studios in Liverpool, England resulted in a superb set of recordings that were scheduled into a ‘single’ (traditional 7 inch vintage vinyl format) called ‘the contessa’ with ‘snake charmer’ on the reverse ‘double A side’! Pippip.net even helped with the release and digital distribution to some 700+ global outlets! We also helped develop all of the merchandise and 2 websites (one for the DCTone label also)  which we also hosted and web-mastered, as well as providing a mini-marketing campaign, launch ideas, event ideas and of course all of the advertising and design work ready for the launch of the debut album called ‘Six Against Eight’ on the DCTone label in August 2010 to a massively positive re-action from the industry insiders and those existing and legions of new fans! A superb short film (we get a credit as Art Directors) was filmed in ‘the village’ Portmeriom, Wales, in total respect to the late, great Patrick McGoohan, writer & Director of the legendary sixties cult TV series classic ‘The Prisioner!’ Shot on a shoestring budget, the movie is without doubt a triumph that supports the superb Album to the maximum! A very interesting and fulfilling project that has seen the band progress and hopefully become a household name – which they so rightfully deserve!
