15 December 2008 A Modest Proposal After writing a long set of new material after Adam's entry to the band, we made a pilgrammage to Minneapolis last March. We stayed there for a week, focusing only on recording at a beautiful recording studio, The Terrarium. We spent days and days getting a new sound for the band in the studio --overdubbing new instruments, expanding arrangements, and working as we never have before in the studio. We came back to NYC to bring our fresh tracks to Studio G in Brooklyn to work with the legendary Joel Hamilton to mix the disc. Again, through days of discussion, tweaking and hard work, we came through with something we're really happy with. We can't wait for you to hear it! The disc doesn't come out officially until January 20, but you can buy it EXCLUSIVELY HERE!. Thanks to everyone who came out to shows across the South and see you again soon!
