We are looking for an experienced customer service advisor to fill a challenging role where you will get involved in proactive projects as well as day-to-day Service Desk duties.
Senior Technical Account Manager
We are looking for a senior technical account manager to work with Bango customers based on the West Coast, USA and some other locations; working with our products fulfilling a technical customer-facing role across our product range.

24/7 Operations Coordinator
The 24/7 Operationss Coordinator is a new role and will be responsible for the monitoring of Bango's Internet Provisioned Services and the rapid identification and timely rectification of any problems, degradations or outages as they occur.
