The honey and the pollen are essential for bees since they assure their the survival. The honey is formed inside the stomach of the bee due to the action of a specific enzyme.

In order to produce one kilo of honey, a honey has to perform 60000 flights. Honey is the most fascinating and complex natural food, made of proteins, vitamins, enzymes, organic acids, minerals and a large number of active antibiotic components.
