About Perfect Patients and How We Got Started

Perfect Patients is a collaborative effort between Steve Anson, the software expert from Australia, and Bill Esteb, the chiropractic content half from Colorado! Even though they are separated by the Pacific Ocean, they both share a passion for chiropractic.

“It all started back in 2003 when I set out to create a website for my wife’s chiropractic practice,” remembers Steve. “After looking around at what was available from chiropractic website developers I was disappointed. Crikey, I can do better than that!”

After investing in a software platform that would offer the greatest flexibility, it was time to get some content.

“Who has the best chiropractic content?” Steve asked himself.

It was then he remembered resonating with a talk that had been given by Bill Esteb in Tasmania for the Australian Chiropractic Association back in 1997.

“He called me out of the blue and introduced himself,” remembers Bill. “I get all kinds of business offers and new product ideas, but this was different. We talked for almost an hour and I could tell this was the real deal. I suggested that we get together when I was to be in New Zealand three months later. That September we sat in my hotel room and talked for three days. That’s when Perfect Patients was born.”

Years later… we have an amazing professional team and thousands of chiropractors trust Perfect Patients to manage their practice website and online reputation.

“In fact, if it weren’t for the Internet our collaboration would have been impossible,” observes Steve. “Thankfully, by being among of the pioneers using Skype (voice over Internet protocol), the 10,000 miles that separate us would have made this enterprise impractical.”

“I’m just now starting to understand Steve’s Australian accent,” smiles Bill. “I no longer have to ask him to explain what ‘a ripper’ or ‘a pig’s breakfast’ means!”
